Frequently Asked Questions
What mediums do you specialize in?
I am a mixed media artist, which means I use many conventional and unconventional mediums. However, my specialties are in Acrylic Paints, Charcoal, and Pastels.
I bought artwork, and it looks like it's fading.
Artwork surfaces, such as Canson, canvas, or walls impact how well the art medium binds, and over time that bond can weaken. All of Jessica's artwork is sealed with varnish, finishing spray, or resin for longevity protection.
If you notice fading or chipping, Jessica will assess the situation and make an appointment to repair (if needed) and/or re-varnish the work.
Do you sell at events?
At the moment, I sell products at local Western New York Art Shows and Festivals. Check out my Events page to see where I am headed to next!
What if the artwork is damaged when I receive it?
If your artwork has been shipped to you through a mailing/freight service Jessica will have it insured. If it does arrive damaged please let Jessica and the service provider know. Jessica will redo your requested artwork at no additional charge.
Do you have art reproductions?
I am a member of the River Art Gallery in North Tonawanda, NY. I work with them most of my art reproduction needs. If there is a specific canvas reproduction, I work with Buffalo Canvas and other local businesses..
